Most exchanges complete in 5–15 minutes. The main variable is blockchain confirmation time, which depends on the network: Bitcoin takes ~10 minutes per confirmation, Ethereum ~15 seconds, Monero ~2 minutes. Once your deposit is confirmed, the swap and payout happen within seconds.
Float rate follows the live market price — the amount you receive may slightly change between when you start and when your deposit confirms. This usually works in your favor. Fixed rate locks the exchange rate for 20 minutes, guaranteeing you receive exactly the quoted amount. Fixed rates include a small premium (~0.5%) to cover market risk.
Yes. Minimums are set per coin and are typically very low (e.g. 0.0001 BTC, 0.01 ETH). These exist because of network fees — exchanging below the minimum would result in fees eating most of the value. Maximum limits are high and depend on available liquidity. Both are shown in the exchange widget before you start.
We recommend sending the exact amount for the smoothest experience. If you send slightly more, the exchange processes at the received amount. If you send slightly less (within tolerance), it still processes. If you send significantly less than the minimum, contact support for a refund.

If you sent to the deposit address we generated but with the wrong coin (e.g. ETH to a BTC address), contact support immediately with your Transaction ID. Recovery depends on the blockchain and may take time, but we do our best to recover misrouted funds. If you sent to an entirely different address, we unfortunately cannot help — blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Some coins (XRP, XLM, ATOM, etc.) require a Memo or Tag to route your deposit correctly. If you forget it, funds may still arrive but could be delayed. Contact support with your TX hash and we'll locate and credit your deposit manually.
Once a deposit is confirmed on the blockchain, the exchange is processed automatically and cannot be reversed. If your deposit hasn't been sent yet, you can simply not send it — the order will expire after 60 minutes. If you provided a refund address, certain error scenarios will trigger an automatic refund.
